Summary: The service was exceptional. Everything was complimentary, and everyone was super nice to us. That being said, the room itself left much to be desired. It was dated and dingy. The bathroom had stains that couldn’t be removed with cleaning. It also didn’t have enough hooks to hang all the towels. The bed had truly horrific pillows that will take our necks days to recover from. The property itself is pretty with a stunning pool. However, there is no elevator, and you’ll have to drag yourself up many flights of stairs. The location is a distance from the center of town, and you’ll have to take a tuk tuk there, which is complimentary, but the return trip will not be free. Overall this is an exceptional property because of the service of the people working there. However, the hotel itself could use some improvement.
